**We are currently working with our client, Royal London to recruit a Resourcing Vendor Manager for a 12 Month contract
- either via a day rate engagement type or on a FTC contract.**
The role will be based on a hybrid model with 2 days per week from their office's in either London, Edinburgh or Nether Alderley.

Purpose of the Role:


This opportunity would suit a Senior Recruiter or Resourcing Manager who has worked alongside or within an RPO model and is looking to broaden their experience within an in-house role.


As the Resourcing Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • assessment and selection processes
- on boarding tools

  • Implement opportunities for process, service, and system improvement
  • Manage senior leader stakeholders across the business.
  • Work with the systems team to leverage future technology to improve the ROM and user experience.
  • Maintain quality guides and other documentation on My HR.
  • Facilitate the provision of resourcing market insights for People Partners/Directors to assist with informed decisionmaking.
  • Manage supplier relationships within the ROM, ensuring SLAs are met and strategies align (managed via Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews)
  • Work with Finance to ensure efficient invoicing processes with the Recruitment Partner

The skills, attributes and capabilities we are seeking from you include:

  • Excellent understanding of Talent Acquisition best practice.
  • Significant experience in Resourcing.
  • Strong examples of working with or within an outsourced recruitment model.
  • Previous experience of team management.
  • Experience of delivering resourcing strategies in a complex multisite business.
  • Managing budgets and approval process for recruitment spend.
  • Knowledge of Recruitment Technology Platforms.

Comfortable managing senior leadership stakeholders across the business
