The company have been established for 8 years and are looking to expand
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Care Manager:
- To manage the Carers and office staff
- To maintain their good work with the local authorities
- Identify areas to grow the business
- Work closely with the Directors who have experience in care as well
- Remaining focuses on quality and compliance
Registered Care Manager Requirements:
- Already has or working towards NVQ Level
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care would be beneficial
- Commercial awareness
- Responsive
- Attention to detail
