Our People Movement (PM) function is responsible for attracting, engaging and onboarding market leading talent into the organization.

The Impact:

We are looking for a
Head of Technology People Movement to lead a global team of recruiters in delivering hiring plans across a complex, geographically dispersed technology function.

As a member of the PM leadership team, you will partner closely with Heads of Technology across our businesses to drive operational execution whilst identifying and implementing strategic initiatives in support of the broader functional agenda.


Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for setting the tone throughout the global technology recruitment team


You will:

  • Own senior leader relationships across technology establishing yourself as a credible and trusted voice of PM.
  • Structure and manage the technology PM team, bringing together a globally diverse team to deliver against agreed hiring plans
  • Create, lead and achieve buy in to a technology PM roadmap including a functional EVP and go to market strategy.
  • Coach and develop team leaders supporting their leadership of the wider teams. You care about your people and their development.
  • Recognise and embrace opportunities for positive change to recruitment processes and behaviours in both PM and the wider business.
  • Review the toolkit currently available to technology recruiters to optimize and harmonise global delivery.
  • Combine effective data and metrics with internal & external insights to inform leadership reporting.
  • Work closely with your PM leadership peers to cocreate and deliver on the strategic vision for PM.

What We're Looking For:


We're looking for an established technology recruitment leader with a proven record of operational delivery in large scale, complex environments.- Deep understanding of the technology talent market, challenges, opportunities and trends.


  • Proven global team leadership experience in a virtual environment.
  • Experience of successfully navigating within a matrixed organization.
  • Track record of optimising recruitment systems and processes.
  • A clearly strong business partner with excellent communication skills who understands the nuances of leading through ambiguity.
