- Champion HSE best practices.
- Delivery of a consistent and standardized approach across the European network.
- Data analytics within the HSE function.
- Conducting regular data quality control checks across the range of tools/systems/reports.
- Creation of visually appealing and insightful reports for business stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate project/ initiative delivery to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Standardization of reporting requirements.
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring safety initiatives.
- Advancing site safety objectives and performance through comprehensive safety audits.
- Involvement in stakeholder groups.
- Reviewing and monitoring KPI's..
- Reviewing injury/near miss and other event entry records to ensure correct documentation and follow up.
- Purchase Order support for HSE function.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards)
- Experience in data analytics
- Microsoft Office 365 Applications. Particularly Excel
- Power Apps (incl. PowerBi)
- Effective coordination and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Strong planning and prioritization skills
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree in relevant subject
- Data Analytics qualification to level 3 or equivalent
- Fluency in German or Dutch
