After Sales Advisor - Huddersfield
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service or Parts Advisor for a lovely role in the Huddersfield area.

After Sales Advisor

Working hours are really good compared to industry average;
8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

Some of the key tasks will be:
 Advising customers of costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
 Make customers aware of additional products and services available to them
 Seek to obtain referrals for customers' families and friends
 Initiate service documentation, job card production and update customer records and follow-up systems
 Record customer prospect details accurately and in accordance with Data Protection Acts
 Advise customers on parts enquiries and availability of parts
 Document all warranty work as per manufacturers' requirements and dealership policy
 Update customer and vehicle history files to ensure total accuracy

A full UK driving licence is essential for the position.

Starting basic salary is up to £23,500 plus an excellent bonus scheme giving an annual OTE of £30,000
