The role:
This is a pivotal, hands-one role that will see you providing administrative and customer service support, liaising with Directors, customers, and suppliers on a daily basis
Key duties will include:
- Managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring outstanding customer service is delivered throughout
- Taking payments for services and products
- Ensuring all correspondence receives prompt attention and is maintained accurately
- Assisting with customer quotations, billings and liaising with the finance department
Key skills required:
- Confident communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent team player
- High attention to detail
Hours:
This is a 37.5 hour week, with shifts between 8.00am - 6.00pm, and there is a later shift of 11.30am - 7.30pm on a Thursday.
Whilst this role is primarily based at their main East Grinstead based office, there will the odd requirement to cover at two of their other sites in Surrey/London to cover sickness and annual leave.
Due to location, it is essential that you have access to your own transport.Benefits:
