    What are welooking for

    In this exciting roleyou will be one of two Account Directors working directly with someof our most high profile clients and social platforms. You willwork collaboratively with the London team and report into theBusiness Director while being responsible for successfullynurturing and growing our client relationships and partnershipsacross EMEA.

    Roles &Responsibilities

    • Strongfocus on the growth of strategic and key accounts withinPartnerships with expert knowledge of the creator industry.
    • Line manager to SeniorAccount Managers can hold direct reports accountable and provideinsightful and strategic solutions and recommendations to supportthe growth and retention of theiraccounts.
    • Leads by examplewithin the team across all key accounts growing and nurturing ourclients and positioning us as a trusted reliable partner whilemaintaining and enhancing our reputation.
    • A main point of contact forclients and partners considered to be a reliable and responsiveteam leader and industryexpert.
    • Highlevel oversightacross the full Partnerships team (9 headcount) ensures all tasksare being executed inline with both platform partner and BusinessDirector standards andexpectations.
    • Prioritisesplatform partner relationships (including TikTok & Meta)and takes ownership of key accounts to drive growth and repeatbusiness working collaboratively to support new businessopportunities.
    • Can sourceand signoff on effective solutions for complex campaign relatedissues.
    • Strategic commercialand analytical thinker applies deeper level thinking and detail todelivery client management partnerships and reporting. Leads ondeveloping impactful content strategies; show your experience andadvice on whatworks.
    • Ability to lead oncreating post campaign reports working closely with the measurementteam and presenting them toclients.
    • Highlyorganised& effective leader. Focused on continuously improving andscaling client service and delivery while maintaining highstandards and driving efficiencies for high impact results.
    • Experience workingmultichannel and multimarket across a variety of verticals such as:Retail Ecommerce Sport Entertainment Tech Auto Finance CPG andTravel.
    • Knowledge ofdifferent platform features formats placements and crossfunnelsolutions such as; TTCX TTCM TopView TikTok Shop etc is preferablebut not mandatory.

    Experience:

    • 3years working as an Account Director or Client Partner and theability to not just help us win business but the ability to nurtureand grow our client relationships.
    • Existingexperience in influencer marketing or media /advertising.
    • You arepassionate about and have an understanding of influencer marketingsocial media and digital marketing and how itsevolving.
    • You arecommercially aware organised confident and communicateexceptionally well.
    • You aremeticulous with your planning and can think of creative ways to getahead of the game and exceed your targets.
    • You are a self starter andhappy to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
