Hours: 38.5 hours per week (average) or 22 hours per week (average)


Work pattern:12 hr shifts inclusive of breaks, Rolling pattern of "4 on 4 off" (Nights), or 12 hr shifts inclusive of breaks, Rolling pattern of Saturday and Sunday day shifts (Weekly)

Opportunities exist to join our in house Concierge (Supported Housing) Team as Concierge Officers.

Working at two sites in Coventry (The Gateway and Frank Walsh House), you will provide an out of hours service giving priority to keeping our residents and buildings safe.

Both opportunities offer a really good work life balance. The first is for a night worker who will undertake a 4 on 4 off pattern. The other position is for weekend day shifts. Training will be provided.

**In Housing, Care & Support you can make a real difference, the role of Concierge Officer (Supported Housing) will involve: - Providing a professional reception service handling a variety of enquiries

  • Robust, proactive monitoring of CCTV and Access Control Systems to restrict access to authorised persons only
  • Patrolling and checking sites to ensure they are safe and secure
  • Being a visible and accessible point of contact for enquiries.
  • Working with colleagues to manage a range of issues including fire safety matters and assisting with emergencies
  • Assisting, directing and finding solutions to queries.
In return, we will develop you in all areas of the Concierge Officer role.


As
a Concierge Officer (Supported Housing), we need you to have:

  • A professional and positive approach to customer service
  • Good communication skills both verbally and written
  • Ability to work a rota including weekends and Bank Holidays
  • A positive and solution focussed approach
  • Ability to work on your own and have a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Full Driving Licence
