Our client, a leading international Law Firm is seeking a Legal Administration Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forward mail and correspondence to the appropriate teams
- Organize and maintain internal filing systems
- Arrange conference calls / Zoom calls where necessary
- Support department with administration tasks where required
- Assist with adhoc projects when required
- Manage calendars for teams and to assist where necessary
- Be the first point of contact for incoming calls, forwarding and responding correctly
Key Experience:
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar Administration Assistant position, preferably within the Legal sector or similar professional services firms
- Proficient in all software programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with all work completed
- Organized with the ability to multitask whilst maintaining accuracy at all times
- Excellent communicator with the ability to liaise with colleagues and clients of all levels
This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Administration Assistant to join a globally-recognized Law Firm who are leaders within their field.
You will ideally have a minimum of 1 years' experience in the Legal sector as an Administration Assistant where you are responsible for and confident working with multiple teams within the organization.
The role as a Legal Administration Assistant will give you great experience within the Legal sector working with multiple departments across the firm.
