    The Team Manager will oversee the North Psychological Skills Service and support the delivery/review and development of the care pathways.

    You will be working closely with the senior clinical leadership, including the Consultant and Principal Psychologists and to think with those team leaders how we can make processes smoother and eliminate repetition and delays in the service user journey.


    A key part of your role will be to lead a team of Psychologists, Therapists, OTs, CAPS, Assistant Psychologists and Support Workers who will be delivering psychoeducational groups and structured short-term interventions.

    oHCPC or NMC Professional registration.
    oProfessional qualification which supports the ability to provide psychological interventions or advanced clinical training i.e. oEvidence of Interdisciplinary / multi-agency working experience
    oQuality Improvement training and project management experience.

    oCompetent IT skills including Word, outlook, excel and PowerPoint.
    oDemonstrated experience in investigating SI's/complaints.

    oAbility to travel independently and to work flexibly.
