- Process weekly payroll for employees across three business sites
- Calculate and process holiday pay, statutory payments, and other payroll-related deductions
- Generate weekly HR reports and provide insightful analysis on payroll data
- Process starters and leavers, including issuing relevant paperwork and updating payroll records
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records
- Respond to employee queries regarding payroll-related matters in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
- Solid understanding of payroll processing and statutory legislation
- Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office applications
- This is a part-time position Monday to Friday, with a total of 25 hours per week. The ideal candidate would be available to work over 5 days, but we are open to discussing flexible working arrangements. Remote work options are not available for this role.
