As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Head of Product Design to lead our design team and drive the development of our next generation of products.

Role Overview:

As the Head of Product Design, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their products and brand identity.

You will lead a team of skilled designers, guiding them through all stages of the design process from concept to execution.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that their products not only meet the needs of their users but also exceed their expectations in terms of usability, aesthetics, and innovation.

Define and implement design strategies that align with the company's overall goals and vision.
Oversee the end-to-end design process, from user research and concept ideation to prototyping and final execution.
Champion user-centric design principles, advocating for the needs and preferences of our target audience.
Conduct regular design reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure quality standards are met.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product design, incorporating relevant insights into our design approach.

Drive the evolution of their brand identity, ensuring consistency and coherence across all touchpoints.

5 years + of experience in product design, with a proven track record of leading successful design projects from conception to launch.

~ Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma.
~ Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
~ Experience working in an agile development environment is preferred.
~ A portfolio showcasing your design work and process is required.
