- Provide first line Business Continuity and Contingency Planning acting as data coordinator including the data management
- Work alongside the Head of Property to collate and produce management and KPI reporting including
- Accountable for the delivery of high-class facility services
- Regular communication with building users, seeking opportunities to develop and promote the Facilities contribution to the overall business success and raise standards generally
- Provide support to the Regional Facilities Managers and Head of Property with regards to group postal services, H&S training, DSE management / follow-up and actions.
- Ensure at all times adherence to all regulations, legislation and policies relevant to Evelyn Partners premises and the environment they provide, including Health & Safety, COSHH and building regulations
- Experienced in delivering administrative services for a professional services organization preferred
- Understanding / experience of property leases, in particular any tenant obligations preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks with a can do attitude able to assist with a range of issues
- Excellent communicator with internal and external stakeholders, sympathetic to frustrations facilities issues can cause and able to display initiative, confidence and professionalism in all dealings.

We're seeking a strong administrator to join the Evelyn Partners Facilities team on a 12-month fixed term contract, as the facilities coordinator you will provide facilities services focusing on data management and administration. This role can be offered on a full or part time basis.
