Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new and exciting challenge? Our reputable client based in Nottingham are looking to hire a senior administrator to join their successful business.

In this role you'll be providing administrative, financial and file management support to the wider business.


To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

  • Previous office-based administration experience
  • Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise time effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail

Within this position, you'll be:


  • Adding data to business development databases
  • Updating and maintaining files
  • Naming and filing post and documents accurately
  • Opening and closing files
  • Checking and settling supplier invoices
  • Arranging and liaising with contractors
  • Keeping a wide range of financial data up to date
  • Preparing accurate file and attendance notes
  • Liaising with fellow team members on workloads and ensure deadlines are met
  • Answering internal and external calls for other members of the team
  • Assisting with the processing of bills and expense claims
  • Attending team meetings
**Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £26,000 - £30,000 per annum

Working hours are Monday - Friday
