    The Role

    We offer the opportunity to join a high-performing team of experienced professionals in our Intellectual Property team, based in our London office, to support with our full range of valuation and disposition projects across all industries. The successful individual will support all aspects of deals from origination to execution.

    The Responsibilities

    • Deliver high-quality valuations of intangible assets, equity and enterprises for various purposes including corporate recovery, asset based lending, financial reporting, tax and commercial transactions;
    • Deliver accelerated business and asset sales from origination to execution;
    • Uphold a quality-driven approach to client service;
    • Manage relationships with colleagues from other asset specialisms and offices;
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage relationships with advisors, insolvency practitioners, private equity, banks, specialist lenders, etc.;
    • Training and development of Analysts and Senior Analysts; and
    • Support business development and strategic activities.

    The Requirements

    • A minimum 2:1 university degree or completed school leaver / apprenticeship program;
    • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, RICS);
    • At least five years' relevant experience (valuation services, professional services, corporate finance, etc.);
    • Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage asset and business valuation projects;
    • Ability to manage asset and business sales process;
    • Demonstrated leadership, management and development skills;
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    • Demonstrated analytical, presentation, and project management skills;
    • A high degree of integrity and business acumen;
    • Effective time management and organisation;
    • Desire to develop a personal brand and grow a forward-thinking business;
    • Ability and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced business environment handling multiple projects; and
    • A positive attitude and desire to work as part of a team.
