Wavelength is one of New Zealand and Australias leading digital learning agencies, creating bespoke quality learning across all industries and sectors.
We're in an exciting growth period and looking for the right person to join our Wavelength team in the UK.
Position ObjectiveThe Sales Lead role is to secure new name accounts and manage ongoing relationships consistently. This is a consultative new business sales role to create innovative learning solutions for senior L&D and HR professionals.
Responsibilities:
Accountable for revenue targets
Identifying sales opportunities and tracking these through to sales using ZOHO CRM
Writing proposal responses
Manage key client relationships/accounts
Leading client meetings
Providing consultancy and advice to clients, where appropriate
Achieving revenue and customer service targets
Managing accounts and client relationships.
Managing client accounts, including work in progress reports, meetings, turning opportunities into sales, and building a strong relationship with the client.
Requirements:
Business development and consultancy experience in the learning and/or technology sectors
Outstanding communication skills with proven experience working with clients in senior positions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively
Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to engage and collaborate successfully with key stakeholder.
