    To further expand our success in the United Kingdom, we are seeking a full-time Marketing Lead (m/f/d).

    About the Job:

    The principal objective of the Nuna Marketing Lead is to provide the strategic direction and lead the UK marketing team. This role will give guidance and support to the team and set out the path to increase market share through a full-funnel approach. They will also be the main contact for the key accounts and represent our brand accordingly. This role will report to the Director of EMEA & APAC and work closely together to achieve the above goal.

    Area of responsibilities

    • Lead, guide, and support the UK marketing team together with the Director of EMEA & APAC.
    • Create and execute short-, mid-, and long-term marketing plans. Provide direction, support, and guidance for all Nuna marketing activities.
    • Provide yearly marketing budget plans and ambitions related to growth. With quarterly reviews and agile responses based on the marketplace and UK P&L activity.
    • Work closely with the UK Managing Director and Finance to strategically manage the budget to ensure sustainable growth.
    • Analyze the market and provide recommendations for the execution of brand activities.
    • Actively support the global Product launch plans with a UK-specific view.
    • Support local execution of the global brand strategy as well as marketing campaigns.
    • Provide support to the team regarding brand activation: social media, PR, Events, Digital Activities, Celebrity & Influencer Marketing
    • Ensure productive relationships with our key accounts.
    • Co-operate on channel strategy and trade marketing initiatives with key accounts & retailers: Instore, Online, and Retail Marketing plans.
    • Be a key partner with the sales team.
    • Identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation and collaboration with potential key partners including brands, organizations or individuals.
    • Act as a proactive member of the International Marketing Team, communicate with Sales, Product, and our Creative Team.
    • Prepare and present marketing and brand presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Prepare and present digital performance marketing results giving conclusions and fostering a retrospective culture to continuously improve ROI.

    Experience & Education

    • At least 10 Years of working experience.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing communication or related field preferred.
    • And/ or additional vocations or diplomas in Marketing such as CIM professional diploma.
    • Experience of working with a multi-national organization in the field of consumer marketing, digital marketing, brand communications or trade marketing.
    • Experienced in understanding internal business planning, P&L, and managing large national budgets.
    • Experience developing business cases, bringing new products to the UK market, and developing and communicating a strategic direction.
    • Must have experience in managing a team.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
    • Strong project management & communication capability.
    • High business acumen and ability to analyze data and calculate ROI.
    • High level of presentation skills including building and public speaking.
    • Highly organized and with great attention to detail.
    • Effective People management skills, ability to motivate and inspire teams.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills: ability to work with people of different seniority and backgrounds, motivate and influence others.
