Internal Sales Advisor - maternity cover
Internal Sales Advisor job description:
- Answering inbound calls
- Using the inhouse database to log calls
- Chase customers to convert quotes to orders
- Process customer orders
- Take payments over the phone and raise invoices
- Provide excellent customer service
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when required
The Internal Sales Advisor position offers:
- £21,200 basic salary (to increase to £23,256 from April 2024)
- Quarterly bonus following successful completion of 6 month probation
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays
- Monday to Friday office hours, 38.5 hours per week
- Hybrid working 1 day per week following successful completion of 6 month probation
- 12 month contract (may go permanent at the end of the contract)
- Free onsite parking
- The office is a 15 minute walk from the nearest bus stop
