Guest Relations Manager required ASAP for one of London's hottest new and most exciting high end luxury Hotels located in the heart of Holborn next to Covent Garden in Central London.


In this key position as the Hotels Guest Relations Manager you will be responsible for motivating, leading and coaching your team toward achieving exceptional guest service and employee engagement results.

You will be an expert at resolving guest concerns in a friendly and efficient way following correct procedures ensuring all relevant departments are notified in a timely manner

We are ideally seeking a Guest Relations Manager with the following;

Desirable

  • Previous experience in a in a similar Guest Relations, Guest service role at a 4 or 5* hotel
  • Familiarity with Opera or similar front desk operating system
  • Team management experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A Passion for hospitality
