Architectural Technologist

London I Permanent I 40k -45k plus benefits

The Client: We are working with an International Architecture practice in London looking to hire a talented Architectural Technologist. Summary of Role: This is an opportunity for an experienced Architect with previous experience delivering large scale complex projects. The practice are avid Revit users and would like candidates to be at least proficiency level. All employees are asked to complete a Revit competency test at interview level.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent technical experience gained on a range of projects, ideally on a large complex scale

• High REVIT proficiency (this is a must have for this role)

• A strong track-record of delivering projects through RIBA Stages 4, 5 and 6

• Candidates should be able to demonstrate a high level of technical detailing skill along with an understanding of modern methods of construction.

• Experience and portfolio demonstrating large scale project experience

• Knowledge of UK Building regulations and construction
