We are seeking a motivational and performance driven manager to lead on quality and performance and deliver our IPS service covering nine West London boroughs for our West London Alliance contract.

The Service


Individual Placement and Support (IPS) is an evidence-based employment support model that helps individuals with a background in mental health and/or substance misuse work towards their employment goals through personalised support that aligns with their wellbeing.

The role is extremely rewarding and you can make a lasting positive impact A normal week would involve:

  • Field mentoring staff to model an IPS approach.
  • Monitor and manage performance to meet key deliverables.
  • Data insights and analysis to share best practice and improvements.
  • Data submissions for extracts
