Start:
ASAP - 6 Month Contract

Location:
WC1H 9BT (hybrid working 1/2 days in the office per week)

Salary:
£ £400 per day (depending on experience)

This is an exciting opportunity to join the UK's leading Global University new central recuitment team which is vital to the success of the University ensuring they attract the telanet required to deliver on its world leading teaching and research agenda

Main purpose of the role:

Main duties & responsibilities:

Manage end to end recruitment requirements to agreed service catalogue and metrics utilizing defined systems and processes in line with the policies.
Work with hiring managers to agree hiring plan for each role
Support hiring managers in writing attractive job descriptions in collaboration with HR business partner
Support hiring managers by prescreening applicants
Manage verbal offer process
Lead and contribute to projects in relation to the recruitment strategy
Coach hiring managers on the recruitment process and related policies/ procedures to ensure compliance through the recruitment process

Desired person specification:

REC Diploma or professional qualification in recruitment
Data driven decision making
Experience of hiring for niche roles
Experience of working within the Higher Education Sector
Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
