    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supervising the manufacturing of electrical equipment and systems. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering principles, a passion for innovation, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components.
    • Conducting feasibility studies and cost analyses to determine project feasibility.
    • Collaborating with other engineers, designers, and technicians to ensure that projects meet technical specifications and quality standards.
    • Creating technical drawings, schematics, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
    • Developing and implementing electrical designs for various applications, including power generation, distribution, control systems, and electronic devices.
    • Conducting research to stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in electrical engineering.
    • Troubleshooting electrical systems and components to identify and resolve issues.
    • Providing technical support to manufacturing and production teams during the assembly and testing phases.
    • Ensuring compliance with relevant safety codes, standards, and regulations.
    • Participating in project meetings, presenting progress reports, and making recommendations for improvements.
    • Collaborating with procurement and supply chain teams to source components and materials for projects.
    • Mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance on technical matters.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
    • Proven experience in electrical engineering design, development, and testing.
    • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software for creating technical drawings and schematics.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
    • Familiarity with electrical simulation software and tools.
    • Experience with project management principles and methodologies is desirable.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
