- Allocate staff to both 12d & 12ab works ensuring correct qualifications are held by the operatives carrying out the tasks
- Receive, plan and programme reactive work orders from contracts managers
- Ensure that the depot is sufficiently stocked to dictate the upcoming workload
- Ensure all jobs are allocated via reflow.
- A full UK driving licence
- Experience in traffic management
- Project planning background
- IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Ensure yard is clean
- Monthly stock checks
- Licences & Certifications: NRSWA M7 and/or 12A Foreman
- Experience with Reflow.
