This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor (In-House) to join a high-performing FS business based in Surrey.

Due to their impressive recent growth and ever-increasing workload, the business is seeking a Private Client solicitor to take on a range of high-value Trusts works with a mixture of clients.

The Business
Having operated for over 25 years, this leading financial and tax planning business in West Sussex are looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their team. The role includes managing your own caseload, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, CoP and Trusts. The position also offers the opportunity for progression to become the Head of Legal.

Backed by a well-established FTSE 100 Wealth Management company, this fast-growing business is going from strength-to-strength. Their team consists of a mixture of solicitors, accountants, and financial advisers, all working in harmony to ensure that each of their clients receive the best outcome possible.

The role

You will be working closely with the Accounts and Financial Planning team, as well as a team of external lawyers who have served the business for many years.

You will manage your own caseload of files which will include all aspects of Wills and Probate work including drafting Wills, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Trusts.

Requirements

You will be a solicitor of 4+ PQE with a background in Private Client work

You will have a strong sense of Commercial acumen

You will have the ability to work proactively within a team and have the ability to also work autonomously when required.
