Yes? Then do come and join our experienced Palliative Care Team


You will be part of a well-established and highly regarded team within Hampshire Hospitals Foundation Trust, working within a MDT environment including medical staff, therapists and Clinical Nurse Specialists.

You will be contributing to the development and delivery of this vital service working in collaboration with our hospital Palliative Care Team.


As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills, knowledge and confidence within our supportive team.

Enabling you to become an autonomous practitioner demonstrating the ability to make clinical judgements using expert knowledge and skills, to provide the highest standard of holistic care for our patients and their families.
