An exciting opportunity has arisen to help shape the growth of the Creative Studio within DesignScene; therefore, we are seeking to employ an experienced Senior 3D Designer who will be able to lead and support projects working with a group of multi-disciplined creative to deliver excellent design concepts.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented global team on hugely creative and innovative projects. Some of our major international clients include Pinterest, Amazon, Google, Yahoo, Snap, Live Nation and ITV Global Entertainment for whom we activate at worldwide at markets such as CES, IFA, MIPCOM and Cannes Lions
Our focus is creativity with a practical head – we offer creative solutions for our clients that fit within budget and within brief and are always looking to push creative boundaries, try new products, processes and materials and create industry talking points

With a natural and genuine passion for design and contemporary culture, and a record of creating world-class brand experiences, you will work with our team of Designers across multiple disciplines.

You will be responsible for leading the development of the creative brief and delivering exquisite design and creative support across a range of projects.

To interpret design briefs and translate them into innovative and creative solutions
The role sits within the Creative Studio, reporting to the Creative Director

Creative
Excellence in design concepts that are fit for purpose
Creative development of the client's brief to ensure the goals of the brief are met
Excellent management of the creative process for every assigned project
Ensure all creative work and deliverables are delivered to a high standard and to the agreed deadlines and budget constraints
Great, timely communication with relevant parties
Manage company communication effectively and consistently from/to senior management flagging any issues and seeking resolution
Work in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure the objectives and requirements of the job are met through the design process, whilst pushing creative boundaries
Creative development, support and delivery
interpret design briefs and translate them into innovative and creative solutions through layouts and spatial design in VWX and 3D visualisation in C4D
Produce high quality creative solutions that inspire and delight our clients, meet their design brief and are delivered within the constraints of cost and time
Ability to confidently present creative projects to clients (and internal teams)

Demonstrating onsite skills during build, being able to react and make quick decisions while the event is being constructed.

Passion and enthusiasm for design, with creative flair
Vast experience of working in 3D design roles with ability to visualise the brief from concept to final approval and design intent drawings
Experience within event design
The ability to take initial ideas and effectively translate into innovative design solutions
Detailed knowledge of the creative process
Flexible and collaborative approach with the ability to multitask
Time management skills and the ability to work on several projects at a time

Technically proficient in relevant design packages
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
