- Able to manage and maintain a forward programme of work
- Be able to produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for architectural projects
- Be able to collaborate with architects and other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery
- Assist in the coordination of design information with consultants and contractors
- Understand and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- BEng, BSc, MEng, MSc or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline with RIBA accreditation
- A full UK driving licence is essential
- Chartered, Incorporated or working towards a professional qualification
- Proficient in Revit, Civil3D and/or other relevant software.
- Experience in producing detailed drawings for various project types
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
