This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated administrator to join the programme administration team for the School of Biomedical Sciences.

The programme administration team provide a comprehensive, customer focused and administrative support service to students and academic staff.

We are currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated, well organised individual to take up the post of Assistant Administrator.

You will support students and academics as well as supporting the Senior Programme Administrator and Programme Administrator.

You will be expected to provide front line information and signposting reception service to support the efficient operation of the office.


You will need experience of front line office administration, good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, attention to detail, effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

The post will be located in the Rolle Building on the main University campus.

This is a fixed term contract working 18.5 hours per week over 3 days (Wednesday - Friday) for 6 months in the first instance to cover a period of absence.
