About The Role

From the kick off you will lead on the development and delivery of the Club's learning strategy.

You'll have creative freedom to shape and own the Club's learning calendar, planning and delivering the most appropriate learning interventions so that all staff have the best opportunity to grow and develop in their career at LCFC.

Working in partnership with the HR Team, you'll also co-ordinate the delivery of the Club's performance processes and support in the delivery of the Club's Induction processes.

With the support of the HR Director, you'll take pride in driving these elements across all areas of the Club; prior experience and success as a senior Learning professional in a commercial organisation is therefore essential.
