- Estimator position producing estimates for a high end manufactured range of architectural glazing systems such as: curtain walling, fire rated glazing & structural glazing
- Review tender documents and produce high quality tender returns
- Utilise specialist estimating software to determine material costs
- Negotiate prices with supply chain and gather quotations for projects
- Liaise and build relationships with main contractor throughout the project and beyond
- Ensure that the internal CRM system is regularly updated
- Preparing handover documents for the contracts department, once a project has been secured
- Attending pre & post tender meetings as and when required (predominantly within M25)
- Estimating for tender packages in value of circa £10m
- Prioritise own work load to ensure deadlines are met

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator – Glazing Systems experience with:
·Must have 3+ years estimating experience within the facades market sector
·Ideally have a strong background dealing with architectural glazing, curtain walling, fire rated glazing & structural glazing
·Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings
·Ideally experienced on LogiKal or Schucal software
·Must be IT literate (Microsoft Office)
·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
·Excellent analytical and numerical skills
·Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
