Job Description

Haven High Academy are seeking an enthusiastic Head of Faculty to lead, develop and manage the effective delivery of the Science curriculum. We are looking for someone who loves their subject and can communicate and share that passion in our classrooms.

• A talented and dynamic teacher to inspire our students from KS3 and KS4

• Highly motivated, innovative and committed to achieving outstanding results

• A qualified teacher and a good/outstanding practitioner

Excellent subject knowledge and strong leadership skills are essential to this role.

This is a high-profile role that will give the successful applicant the opportunity to showcase their organisational and leadership skills. As a result of the additional tasks and workload associated with this role, there is a TLR 1c payment to accompany the post.
