Compliance Manager - Up to £40,000 (DOE)

An award winning highly ranked law firm currently have an opportunity for a Compliance Manager to be based at their Cardiff offices.

The firm advises a range of clients across a wide range of practice areas on behalf of individuals and business across theUnited Kingdom.

The role of Compliance Manager is a position within the firm reporting directly to the Senior Partner and the wider senior management function.

As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing this highly ranked firms compliance on a day to day basis.

The role would comprise of dealing with practicing certificate renewals, complaints and claims management, assisting staff with conduct questions such as conflicts, reviewing and monitoring the firm's policies and procedures, as well as the performance ofthe day to tasks delegated by the COLP, COFA, DPO and MLRO.

As the Compliance Manager of the firm, you will also be responsible for general compliance awareness, creating and delivery of bespoke compliance training.

To be considered for this, our client is requiring an individual that has worked at a Law firm within a compliance role who possess up to date knowledge of risk and compliance requirements within a legal environment.
