Private Office PA
Are you an experienced Private Administrator or PA/EA.
Then, this could be the perfect position for you.
We are currently working closely with our Client to recruit a talented in-office PA to provide private support to one individual.
Who will you be working for?
Our Client is a lovely small corporate head office in SW1.
What will you be doing?
You will be providing the highest quality support across business and personal life to a HNWI.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Extensive diary management using Outlook, including booking meeting rooms, advising Receptionist and Butler of external visitors and the need for any refreshments.
- Provide regular diary updates to butler, chauffeur and housekeeping.
- Extensive international travel arrangements, to include both commercial and charter flights, hotels and ground transportation
- Research to include competitive pricing and use of reward schemes.
- Logging all incoming invitations and sending RSVPs.
- Paying personal invoices, subscriptions and membership renewals and making purchases.
- Recording business and personal expenses, reconciling receipts to statements and liaising with Accounts Department over receivable account.
- Preparation of materials for UK and US tax returns, including travel schedule and list of charitable donations.
- Event coordination and organising.
- Christmas arrangements, including extensive card list and gifts.
- Other business support tasks as required.
About you:
You will have prior experience supporting a HNWI dealing with personal and business planning.
You will naturally be confident, have exceptional communication, resilience and be very used to communication at all levels and (both formal and informal).
- Hold experience within a similar role.
- Be an exceptional communicator.
- Confident in a formal environment.
- Remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Reliable with exceptional time keeping.

The salary is dependent on experience at £50,000pa.
