    This important position on the Anaplan Platform Adoption & Advisory team gives you a fantastic opportunity to help scale our business through the evolution and growth of our Customer Success team.

    Working to ensure our customers are maximizing their adoption of Anaplan and are equipped with the best enablement possible.

    As the Principal Platform Adoption Specialist, you will partner closely with customers to maximize platform adoption, drive enablement, and ensure model building follows standard methodologies to enable future scalability and sustainability.

    You will be a key technical advisor responsible for solidifying the foundation of Anaplan platform usage to support renewals and future expansion.

    You will serve as an advocate for both the customer and Anaplan providing a feedback channel to product development to shape the future of the platform as well champion capabilities and features that will improve quality, increase efficiency, and realize new value for the customer.

    Partner with Customer Success Business Partners in developing near and long-term technical success plans aligned to desired business outcomes
    Use data to understand our customers, supervise success, and develop new enablement strategies
    Ability to coordinate technical workstreams to ensure adherence to Anaplan model building standard methodologies
    Provide mentorship to team members to help them grow in their technical knowledge and provide premium customer experience
    Proactively identify and raise potential issues/risks with the platform and/or customer experience
    Introduce new platform release features/function/capabilities and introduce successful adoption plans

    It's critical that you have the skills, motivation, and initiative to really take ownership of the customers' ability to manage change and adopt the platform to help drive us forward as a company.

    Hands-on 3-5+ years of recent Anaplan model building experience; Strong understanding of sophisticated planning functions and ability to advise on platform capabilities to support business outcomes
    A deep understanding of the role Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers (we call them Platform Adoption Specialists) and Professional Services team members play in the SaaS world
    Experience managing a global account
    Sophisticated project management capabilities, including demonstrated ability to drive accountability of all project resources to plan in order to achieve customers' desired outcomes
    MA/MBA a bonus
