Description
A Leading Infrastructure Fund with over $250 billion AUM is currently seeking an Infrastructure Credit Analyst/Associate to join their team based in London.
Overview:
The role is to support the wider acquisitions team in a variety of tasks related to the origination and execution of infrastructure investments.
The Associate will be required to undertake significant numerical analysis, valuation, and financial modeling and to input investment-related internal and external reports and presentations.
You will be expected to liaise with investors, vendors, banks, lawyers, finance managers, general managers, insurance, and technical advisors, gaining exposure to a wide range of infrastructure verticals.
Role Requirements:
Active involvement in the analysis, structuring, and execution of deals with a particular focus on asset evaluation/business modeling.
Deal origination:
research and recommendations on specific markets or opportunities and identification of key risks and mitigants for investment opportunities.
Preparation and/or review of operational and financial models, and the preparation of Investment Committee presentations.
Support in raising debt and equity funding for new investment opportunities and portfolio companies.
Qualifications:
Excellent academic background from an internationally recognized top-tier university.
Experience at a leading infrastructure debt fund, Investment Banking; M&A, Project Finance &/or Leverage Finance experience.
Excellent analytical and technical skills.
Strong passion for high-yield credit investing, specifically in the infrastructure space.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
