    Description

    We are looking for a part time self-motivated and experienced payroll advisor, with bookkeeping experience & administration skills to join this long-established, dynamic accountancy practice, based in the rural village of Shutford, offering hours of approximately 15 hours per week (min) with flexible days and hours.

    The role is suited to an individual who has experience in payroll duties, administration, VAT preparation, and bookkeeping for sole traders, partnerships, LLPs, and limited companies Main responsibilities:

    Prepare and submit weekly, monthly & annual payrolls for a diverse portfolio of clientsConform to RTI regulations in terms of online submittal of FPS and EPS in conjunction with clientsElectronic filing using Payroll software and HMRC websiteLiaise with H.M.

    Revenue & Customs for PAYE & all other client queriesBookkeeping services, VAT returns & related reconciliations within a practice environmentGeneral administration tasks where required.

    Skills / Attributes required for Payroll Advisor In depth payroll knowledgeProfessional telephone manner and communication skillsCompliant with Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accountancy packagesAttention to detailAbility to work to deadlinesWhat's in it for you?
