- Lead the UX/UI design process for our medical products, from concept ideation to final implementation.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize design concepts and user flows.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless integration of design solutions into the development process.
- Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and evolving project requirements.
- Maintain design documentation and specifications to facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a focus on physical product design and prototyping.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices, design principles, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments is desirable.
