    We are a leading FTSE 50 business specializing in the development of cutting-edge medical products that revolutionize healthcare solutions globally. Committed to innovation and excellence, we are seeking a talented UX/UI Specialist to join our dynamic team.

    Location:

    London, UK (Hybrid Position: 3 days in-office)

    Salary:

    Up to £75,000 per annum, plus a 10% Bonus

    About the Role:

    As a UX/UI Specialist with extensive experience in physical product design and prototyping, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our next-generation medical devices. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and design, you will drive the creation of intuitive, user-centric interfaces that enhance the usability and effectiveness of our medical products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the UX/UI design process for our medical products, from concept ideation to final implementation.
    • Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and inform design decisions.
    • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize design concepts and user flows.
    • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless integration of design solutions into the development process.
    • Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and evolving project requirements.
    • Maintain design documentation and specifications to facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a focus on physical product design and prototyping.
    • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
    • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices, design principles, and accessibility standards.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to diverse stakeholders.
    • Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments is desirable.
