- Work within Sales workstream to provide assistance and support to the Process Experts to drive the implementation of the BPR programme deliverables across the organisation working with business users and stakeholders
- Undertake to have an excellent understanding of the D365 Sales system solution in order to promote within the organisation
- Complete project deliverables for implementing the Sales solution to meet agreed timelines including:
- Validate Sales solution with key business users
- Review data configuration and data validation
- Prepare and implement user acceptance testing
- Identify training requirements for business users and review training provision
- Ensure maintenance of the agreed standardised processes
- Other ad hoc tasks as required for programme delivery
- Liaise with other programme teams for developing process & system solutions and issue resolution
- Develop understanding of the Sales end-to-end processes and impacts within programme and the business
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- Good understanding of Sales processes
- Understanding of D365 system capabilities
- Experience in ERP implementation (D365 preferred)
