    Working closely with the Head of Kensington, Palace, Kew Palace and the Banqueting House and supporting the management team, this is a demanding and varied role which is pivotal in the operation of these three visitor attractions, so requires a strong administrator who is highly organised, dynamic, reliable and diplomatic. Flexibility in responding to the needs of the business and the ability to anticipate and plan ahead is important, as well as taking pride in personally delivering outstanding administrative support to internal customers.

    From managing suppliers to maintaining a five star standard for back of house areas, you will be enthusiastic, proactive and diligent, and enjoy working on your own initiative. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure all tasks are always completed efficiently and accurately, from financial administration to room bookings and meeting minutes. You will also need to be experienced in working with senior management, including management of diaries, financial systems, formal written correspondence and liaising with external stakeholders.

    About you 1

    It is essential that you have a high standard of communication and IT skills and a proven record of providing 5 star customer service.

    The ideal candidate would be able to begin this role in early June 2024.
