    Product Requirements Manager Salary:
    £55,000-£70,000 DOEFull TimePermanent Who we are: Subsea Craft is a fast growing, privately funded, UK-based SME delivering Advanced Maritime Technology. We leverage our team's defence experience and technology expertise with cross-industry partnerships in the field of advanced maritime engineering. Our market ready platform, VICTA, is an optionally crewed / payload carrying dual-domain platform designed to operate at speed over range, capable of rapid transition beneath the surface to operate submerged, enabling the discreet delivery of effects within contested waters. It is a unique, innovative British platform focused primarily on the defence market but with utility beyond.

    Utilising your expertise in end user requirements with a deep understanding of maritime technologies, you will contribute to the development and management of the product portfolio.

    Responsibilities include:
    Translate complex technical information into clear and easy-to-understand narratives and CONOPs.
    Collaborate with subject matter experts to research and understand technical topics and processes.
    Work with internal and external experts to identify and prioritise product capabilities in advanced maritime technology.
    Communicate technical details effectively to stakeholders by translating them into understandable narratives and feature definitions.
    Drive the development of a balanced product roadmap considering priorities, constraints, and growth objectives.
    Facilitate alignment among subject matter experts and senior engineers to prioritise product features efficiently.


    Qualifications and experience:

    Required:

    Experience working with subject matter experts to understand technical and geographical requirements for meeting customer needs.3+ years of experience in product management, service design, or related roles.

    Proven skill in turning technical details/intelligence requirements into clear narratives and feature definitions.
    Strong ability to create and update product roadmaps aligned with business goals, commercial and engineering constraints.
    Skilled in leading group discussions and planning sessions.
    Self-motivated and adaptable to changing environments.
    Willing to travel overseas occasionally at short notice.
    Able to obtain and maintain security clearances (at least BPSS, possibly SC).


    Highly desirable:
    Comfortable working in unclear situations and with complex defence organisations.
    Well-connected in defence communities, especially in SOF, scientific or intelligence networks.
    Former defence analytical role or SOF background.
