UK-Top 50 law firm are seeking a Real Estate Partner to join their highly-tiered London practice.

Having recently been accredited the UK's Best Law Firm for Work/Life Balance, the firm are renown for their collegiate team in conjunction with an impressive expertise across retail, leisure, health, transport, licensing, charities, utilities, education and the public sector.

The team are regularly instructed in complex, high profile, multi-million-pound transactions namely with property developers, investors and occupiers.

A snapshot of the role will see you involved with assisting partners and senior colleagues with all aspects of the department's real estate, development and investment transactions; managing individual properties and/or property portfolios, including granting of leases and licences, lease renewals and rent reviews for a range of good quality institutional investors and corporate occupiers.

Additionally, you will be expected to have relevant management experience and be an expert in real estate transactions.
