Description

Job Purpose


Accountability for the delivery of the referral strategy to generate referrals for contracts within the Employability Division to meet and exceed contract values; this will be predominantly AEB referrals.

Additionally, those referrals should be onboarded timely and ensure full compliance of paperwork.

Ensure a coordinated approach with delivery, administration and compliance and provide management information on the conversion and impact of referral generation.


Responsibilities _[The below listed tasks/responsibilities are not exhaustive:]_


Administrative & Strategy
Ensure that referrals to the programmes are contractually compliant and eligible, working closely with the Administration team.

Undertake initial and diagnostics assessments on each learner, to subsequently inform of correct Information, Advice and Guidance.


Ensure learner eligibility and that learners presented to delivery for the course are eligible for funding and ensure that all onboarding paperwork is completed and is accurately and timely.

Maintain learner records accurately and ensure all evidence is readily available and accessible for audit and quality purposes.

Complete detailed reports to stakeholders and referral partners as requested.


Responsible for referral partner engagement and associated influence which supports contract performance and business development, attending networking meetings and representing LMP Education as required.

Key stakeholders being internal and external referral sources including, WHP programme, Restart, Voluntary/Community organisations, JCP, supply chain, local authorities etc.

Review success and progress of referral delivery and conversion to achievement, distance travelled and other outcomes, reporting information timely.


Coaching & Collaborating


Manage and build referral strategies across the local area to ensure success of AEB programs by ensuring the volumes of referrals.

Deliver open days, information, advice, and guidance sessions to promote the programmes available to potential participants.

Work with marketing teams to ensure promotion of the programmes in line with referrals and contractual expectations.

Support social media campaigns, networking

Work across the organisation to fully understand all products and services and to integrate opportunities for wider sales.


Work effectively with the Delivery Manager and delivery team to effectively transition learners into operational delivery including supporting the forecasting and awareness of anticipated delivery volumes and locations.

Support with learner and stakeholder feedback; contributing to LMP Education's cycle of quality improvement.

Work with Referral partners to create opportunities for progression and employment.


Maintain strong relationships with the Delivery Teams across the contract areas to ensure conversion of referral to start to achievement.


Must have qualifications
Level 2 functional skills, English, Math's, ICT


Experience

  • Track record of learner and stakeholder engagement.
  • Evidence of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Proficient IT skills.
  • Experience of internal quality assurance and knowledge of awarding body requirements.
Knowledge & Skills

  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of Employability Programs (ESFA/ /AEB/).
  • An understanding of Funding and Eligibility Rules for ESF/AEB/Traineeships.
  • Ability to present to multiple audiences and at varying levels of engagement.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service that leads to employer and learner satisfaction and achievement.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to profile and forecast activity of referrals and to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
  • Ability to plan and organise own caseload and diary unsupervised.
