5 years of relevant experience in business development and client relationship management or product strategy with a private market manager, global institutional manager, placement agent or investment consultant.

Manage relationships with existing investors:

provide prompt and comprehensive responses to ad hoc queries, provide regular investment updates and business updates and arrange meetings with senior stakeholders.

Proactively develop relationships with new investors and contribute to capital raising: identify and segment investors by channels e.g. pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies etc in different geographies and develop an outreach programme to relevant prospects.
Manage the data on investor activity on the CRM. Analyse market intelligence on investor databases to contribute to a data-driven view on product development and distribution.
Prepare briefs for senior stakeholders for investor meetings and presentations.
Work closely with internal stakeholders across the Investments, Asset Management and Operations teams.
Knowledge of private markets investments.
Numerate and able to form actionable insights from data on investor activity. Proficient at MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word, CRM systems e.g. DealCloud and investment databases e.g.

Self-motivated, organised, a can do attitude and enjoys working in a fast paced environment on multiple projects with a driven and diverse team.
