Private equity firm seeks an ambitious generalist compliance analyst with experience in private markets. Ready for an exciting career challenge.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Support compliance reviews and approvals for financial promotions and marketing materials during fundraising periods.
• Address investor inquiries related to regulations and compliance.
• Facilitate KYC procedures for on-boarding investors and collaborating with the Fund Administrator.
• Conduct anti-money laundering/due diligence reviews for the funds counter-parties and investments
• Establishment and upkeep of documented policies and procedures.

Experience Required:

• High-quality academic qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in a compliance role, with a preference for familiarity with compliance in the private equity industry.
• Familiarity with the FCA/UK regulatory framework, and direct relevant experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of the U.S. compliance regime and SEC rules would be advantageous.
• Strong general understanding of the FCA handbook, with a specific focus on financial promotions rules (COBS 4) and AIFMD.
