    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive Hard Services Supervisor to join a highly valued and respected estates team.

    This role will be vital in supporting the Facilities Manager to deliver smooth processes and shaping the Hard FM services stream across the estates owned and managed by Latymer Upper/Prep School.

    You will work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure the smooth running of maintenance and supervise a team based in the technical services arm of our business.

    You will provide M&E/hard services advice to the Facilities Manager, the team and wider stakeholders.

    You will also supervise our sub-contractors, ensuring that an effective and efficient service is delivered and maintained; ensuring that service levels are in line with the contractual KPIs and SLAs and providing training to enable them to carry out their duties effectively and in line with school policies.

    You will need a trade qualification and be able to demonstrate experience in plumbing, electrical or general building maintenance. Previous experience within a maintenance function in a school/ Hospital/ Commercial environment is desirable.
