    At Neuropool we are on mission course to support over 10,000 neurodivergent candidates into employment by 2030.Working with leading employers, universities and councils to build neurodivergent talent pools across the UK.

    We're looking for an PA & Operations lead to join our mission in helping neurodivergent people on life-changing journeys into employment. With big growth plans ahead we will be scaling up our team and your role will be crucial helping our CEO coordinate and navigate the business.

    This role works directly with to the CEO, it will require a dynamic and proactive self-starter who is able to liaise with all members of the team and skill-fully balance the supply and demand of managing our different stakeholders of investors, government officials and our different candidates pools.

    Duties and Responsibilities:


    • Manage and organise the personal and professional schedule of the our CEO, ensuring that all appointments, meetings, and deadlines are met


    • Act as a liaison between the CEO and their clients, investors, and team members, maintaining effective communication and ensuring that all parties are well-informed


    • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and messages, and respond promptly and efficiently


    • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations, and coordinate with other team members to ensure that they are delivered on time and to a high standard


    • Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and ensuring that all travel logistics are organised and communicated clearly


    • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times, and exercise good judgement in handling sensitive information and situations

    Desirable


    • Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role


    • Excellent organisational and time management skills


    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written


    • Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player


    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs


    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
