Are you a highly experienced mechanical maintenance engineer? Look no further. I have a fantastic opportunity to work for a direct client on a static commercial contract in Central London. My client are looking to speak with time-served mechanical bias engineers with a building services background.

Salary Range:
£50k to £52k + Overtime
36 hours a week (Mon to Fri)
Static site - London Zone 1Duties

Standard mechanical PPMs
Reactive maintenance
AHUs/FCUs - cleaning filters/changing filters, cleaning coils, mechanical seals, belt changes
VAVs
Sprinkler Testing
High-Pressure Pumps
Steam Boilers
Mechanical Seals
Water Treatment
Reactive Plumbing
Motors
Liaising/directing subcontractors around site
Report writing - completing logbooksRequirements

C&G/NVQ in mechanical engineering/marine engineering
Previous building services/marine maintenance experience
Technically minded
