    37 hours per week(Benefits include company pension scheme, private healthcare scheme)We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator to work within our Investment Team, who will be responsible for providing data to assist with programme planning, delivery and associated administration.

    You will also manage and administer effective communication with our residents and Contractors with on-going projects.

    You will help ensure that relevant policies and procedures are followed, and that the data held on the organisations systems is accurately and effectively maintained in a timely manner.


    The ideal candidate will have:


    The proven abilityof analysing and interpreting management information and data and be able to use this to help improve service delivery.

    Strong IT, performance monitoring and reporting skills.

    Excellent communication skillsA can do attitude whilst working to tight deadlines are a mustThe ability to work on your own initiative and accurately input information.

    Desirable skills includeknowledge of housing management & asset management softwareandexperience of working with contractors.

    Summary of responsibilitiesAssist the Investment Team, Investment Delivery Manager and Project Surveyors in the delivery of works including providing data to inform programme planning, delivery and associated administration.

    To develop, manage and administer effective resident consultation/information to support Investment programmes; including post works consultation, feedback and areas for improvement to assist the Investment Delivery Manager by providing information to enable monitoring of Contractor performance.

    Collect, input and effectively manage the data within computerised information systems to ensure that our financial, legal, statutory and planning duties are met.

    To produce regular reports from the systems for both investment and maintenance planning purposes.

    Ensure that designated budget holders are effectively supported and that service outputs meet the requirements of the business and customers.

    Work effectively ensuring processes, policies and procedures are followed.
    Effectively manage actions/works to support the safety of our customers, homes, staff and contractors.

    Team workingTo maintain a high level of ICT skill and knowledge, to provide assistance to others within the Investment Team.

    Provide advice on data procedures for health and safety issues and maintain systems to ensure legal responsibilities are addressed.
    Any other reasonable duties which may from time to time be identified by theData Analyst & Support Officer.
