- Spearhead the implementation of Network Rail procedures and systems, ensuring they uphold our client's commitment to cost-effectiveness, quality, safety, and environmental responsibility throughout design, construction, commissioning, and technical activities.
- Engineer projects to the exacting standards and specifications set forth by Network Rail.
- Apply advanced risk assessment techniques, including HAZOP analysis, to meticulously manage allocated projects while addressing environmental aspects.
- Provide expert project management advice and site supervision of construction activities.
- Co-ordinate on-site Quality Inspections to ensure adherence to standards.
- Essential Experience Requirements as a Project Engineer:
- Experience in lineside civils, with additional telecoms installation experience considered a valuable asset.
- Proven track record with at least 4 years' experience in the UK rail sector and at least 2 years as a Project Engineer working within the UK
- Previous experience in project safety management (desirable)
